To reach out using the Medicareful page, you will need to complete a Scope of Appointment (SOA). An SOA is a document agents are required to get prior to discussing plan details with a Medicare beneficiary. To complete the SOA, follow the instructions below. Once the SOA is complete, we will reach out with the next steps!

- Complete the SOA form. Only the name, phone number, and zip code are required.
